Frog Time · Marketing on Demand

Marketing.
By the block.

Frog Time is for businesses that need marketing things done — properly, by senior people, without committing to a retainer. You buy a block of hours; we deliver. The strategic brain is included on every block.

named after our delivery rhythm — small leaps, on demand

Who it’s for

When you need a senior team — for a job, not a retainer.

A few situations where Frog Time is the right answer:

  • You need a campaign launched in 3 weeks and don’t want to brief a freelancer.
  • You’ve got a one-off project — rebrand, website refresh, sales deck — and want senior eyes on it.
  • You have an in-house team that needs occasional senior support without permanent hire.
  • You’re piloting MM&Co. before committing to a Marketing Manager retainer.
  • You want delivery and a strategic brain in the same conversation.

FAQ

The questions we get asked.

What does a 4-hour Frog Time block actually look like?

Roughly: 30 mins scoping with you, 3 hours senior delivery, 30 mins handover. You can spend the 3 hours on one focused thing (e.g. a sales one-pager + landing page copy) or split across smaller jobs.

Who actually does the work?

Tahlia King leads every block. Delivery is supported by a small trusted team of designers, copywriters and analysts — same team across blocks, so you’re not retraining everyone every month.

How fast can I get a block done?

Standard turnaround is 7 working days from sign-off. Urgent jobs can usually start within 48 hours — we’ll tell you up-front whether it’s realistic before you commit.

What if I run over the hours?

We tell you when we hit 75% of the block, not when we’re over. You decide whether to top up or close out the job there. No surprise invoices.

Can I switch from Frog Time to a Marketing Manager retainer?

Yes — and a lot of clients do. Frog Time is often the trial run before going onto the Marketing Manager package.

Do you do paid media (Meta / Google Ads)?

Setup, audit and oversight — yes. Day-to-day campaign management at scale — no. We have specialist partners we recommend if that’s what you actually need.

Need something done — well, soon, properly?

30-minute call to scope a block. We’ll tell you whether Frog Time is the right answer, or point you somewhere better.
